The course helps you to discover what the body is telling you.  The more accurate the diagnosis, the faster the result, regardless of the healing methods used. This course focuses on preventing health issues and the deterioration of our health by understanding vital energy (known as Pranic energy/Qi/Ki/Lom) and its physical effects as symptoms. This course is designed for those who wish to understand the body beyond symptoms and learn practical ways to support healing through movement, touch, awareness, and therapeutic application. We believe pain is rarely isolated. The body functions as one complete system: physical, emotional, and mental. This course combines both Eastern and Western healing principles to help you better understand pain, posture, mobility, and recovery from the root cause.

 

The outcome of this course is to provide students with a holistic understanding of health issues and to implement a hands-on routine that addresses the root cause of clients’ problems. This course is not a substitute for medical help, but rather complements and supports the search for the missing link.

 

By the end of this course, you will have mastered our proprietary ‘Stretch, Strengthen, Pressure’ technique, designed to deliver faster results in pain management and boost your confidence in supporting your clients’ well-being and your own health. Whether you are a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner, existing client, or someone seeking deeper personal healing, this course offers practical tools you can apply immediately for yourself and others.
