CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle touch therapy that releases physical and psychological restrictions. The World Health Organisation recognised it as a form of complementary therapy. It is currently applied by the world's top hospitals such as Mayo Clinic, USA and is legalised in Switzerland.


The CranioSacral system is made up of membranes and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) that surrounds and protects your brain and spinal cord, and is intertwined with our nervous system, musculoskeletal system, respiratory system, etc. CST optimises the functioning of the system, thus improving the body’s inherent self-healing ability, for a wide variety of conditions that cause acute and chronic pain.


This gentle, hands-on approach helps to evaluate and release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain, dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. By default, we will have the same gender Therapist to attend to you and we may utilise more than one therapist to enhance the process.
