This course is the foundation part of Yoga Teacher Training offered in collaboration with the Yoga Certification Board (YCB). YCB is the governing body that certifies and registers every yoga course participant to ensure that the Yoga syllabus is taught concording to the standards from India, the Motherland of Yoga. Even though there are many types of Yoga instructor courses (i.e. online, offline, or hybrid) nowadays, there are few governing bodies that maintain consistency and organisation of the courses. YCB maintains a clear focus to ensure the quality of the teachings by regulating the syllabus, providing appropriate content, examining students in person, and catering to all types of Yoga across the globe. YCB is built by many experts in this field to ensure that yoga is practiced safely and correctly.

This concise course helps to unfold the many questions regarding the correct practices from the ancient roots of Yoga. We provide certification for this course that comprises practicals at the studio and assignments online, with NO examinations required, to help one to practice Yoga to boost energy levels and maintain good health and well-being.

  • Full Time Only – 7 days: 27 May – 2 Jun, 24 1:05 pm – 6:15 pm
  • Weekends Only – 7 days, Sat/Sun: 16-30 Nov. 1-7 Dec 24. 1:30 pm – 6:40 pm


  • 36 hours Certification Program from Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Government of India
  • Understand the practice of Yoga from the source without committing to taking up Yoga Instructor Course
  • Help to overcome anxiety, worry, weight management, and other health and stress-related issues
  • Boost your energy level to upkeep body and mind
  • Improves mental wellbeing
  • 20 hours of practice are at the studio while 16 hours are assignments/video from home
  • No examination but to meet the 80% attendance requirement for practice in the studio
  • Obtain a Yoga Volunteer certificate valid for 5 years
  • All are eligible for registration up to 75 years old with or without training or experience
  • Prerequisite progression course to become a certified Yoga Instructor, recognised worldwide
