Yin Yang Yoga

Do you know how to prevent a disease or recuperate on your own?
OR
Do you know if you have been living with subtle tension and pain for the longest period?

If your answer is ‘yes’ or ‘maybe’, this short course is for you. It helps to improve your overall health by understanding the weakest link in your body. This Yin Yang course teaches you to relax your body and focuses on the therapeutic aspects, which are often not explained in traditional yoga books. As the famous adage goes, “Prevention is Better than Cure”,  this course helps you to find relief quickly by improving the self-healing qualities of your body.
