  • Focused Meditation: Trains your attention on a single object, like a mantra, candle flame, or your breath, enhancing concentration.
  • Movement Meditation: Integrates mindful movement into practices like yoga, tai chi, or walking meditation, releasing tension and improving mood.
  • Mantra Meditation: Repetitive chanting of a word or phrase with spiritual significance promotes mental quietude and focus.
  • Transcendental Meditation (TM): A specific technique taught by certified instructors to transcend thought and experience pure consciousness.
  • Loving-kindness Meditation: Cultivates feelings of love and kindness towards oneself and others, reducing stress and strengthening relationships.

  • Saturday 10.30am to 12pm.
  • Duration: 6 Saturday classes (6 Apr, 13 Apr, 20 Apr, 27 Apr, 4 May, 11 May).
  • Location: Health Yoga and Therapy Singapore.
